For example we will guarantee that within 30 working days of you providing us with all your books and records we will provide you with your final accounts for signature. This is on the basis you provide us with complete information and answer any queries we have quickly. Should we fail to deliver in this promise we will WAIVE our fees for the year completely.
- Account Manager: We appoint an account manager to every client so should you have a problem or need some general advice you know who to ask for.
